1. About us The KOLÓS webshop is operated by Kolós Collections S de RL de CV, registered in Mexico. References to "KOLÓS", "we", "us" or "our" throughout these terms refer to Kolós Collections S de RL de CV.

3. Products All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. As our vessels are handcrafted from natural materials, minor variations in color, texture, and finish are inherent to the product and are not considered defects.

4. Pricing All prices are listed in Mexican Peso (MXN) and include applicable taxes. Shipping costs are calculated separately at checkout. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of purchase.

5. Orders By placing an order you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraud. You will receive an order confirmation by email once your order has been accepted.

6. Payment We accept major credit and debit cards as well as other payment methods displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely. We do not store your payment information.

8. Returns & refunds In accordance with the Ley Federal de Protección al Consumidor (PROFECO), you have the right to return products within 5 business days of receipt. For full details please refer to our Refund & Return Policy.

9. Intellectual property All content on this website — including but not limited to text, photography, brand identity, and product design — is the property of Kolós Collections S de RL de CV and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, KOLÓS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of your order.

11. Changes to these terms We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Mexico.
