Shipping policy
Where we ship KOLÓS ships to all states and territories within Mexico. We do not currently offer international shipping.
Shipping costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your order. You will see the exact shipping cost before completing your purchase.
Processing time All KOLÓS pieces are made with care. Please allow [X] business days for your order to be processed and prepared before it is handed to our shipping carrier. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery time Delivery times vary depending on your location within Mexico. Remote areas may experience longer delivery windows. Please note that delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed — delays caused by the carrier or circumstances beyond our control are outside of our responsibility.
Order tracking Once your order has shipped you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this to follow your shipment directly with the carrier.
Damaged or lost shipments If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@madebykolos.com with photos of the damage. We will work with you to find the best solution. For lost shipments, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
